Barge Diana took stone from Shallow Lock to Eastington without a ticket or giving any account of his cargo to Mr Peyton.. Ask her captain to attend Committee or he could be liable for fine of £2 per ton. Please send Mr Peyton a memo stating the number of tons of stone she took to Eastington.
