Wolverhampton

Summary

Interview with Mr Disney and Mr Lane who came in consequence of the application made to Mr J Lefevree by Loveden respecting their bill but saying that they could not consent to the postponement of it nor could they without the consent of a General meeting of the Thames Committee allow any alteration in the sum the clause in the bill authorized them to borrow. They should not require anything like the £50,000 they should have power to borrow for the works now in view but as to improving further the upper district they should never get five shillings interest for their money. Approval to the proposed Junction with the Wilts & Berks.
