Re arrangement of the affairs of that unfortunate undertaking the Thames & Severn Canal. Agreement between mortgagers and share holders in Act of Parliament. Immediate payment of £21 for every £100 mortgage in return for new share. Half share to be annihilated. Approved by Sir Edward Littleton and others. Power of Attorney to sign Deed enclosed.
