Deed of agreement signed by most of the parties, including your brother, Frederick Littleton, Mr Walhouse etc. You have five half shares, £250, as executrix of your late father, Rev James Stafford. Were they left to you or did you possess them as a purchase? You may sign the Deed in London.
Re the wills of your late father and mother. You and your sister were residuary legatees of your mother. Perhaps you could make some arrangement with your sister re the half shares.
