From Harry Harford
To R Miller
Brimscombe Port
Committee would be very glad to see enough boats at Brimscombe to prevent goods lying too long. They feel the force of Mr Allnut’s letter very fully. When the railroad is completed they hope the price of Forest coal will induce a considerable trade in it down the Thames and shall be glad to encourage it.
The Thames & Severn Bill is now passing through Parliament.
