From Harry Harford
To J R Denyer
Brimscombe Port
Details of expenses. Cover the salt warehouse with Bisley tiles as proposed, following Mr Miller’s plan by doing it under contract.
No answer from Mr Pitt.
Complaint that goods at Brimscombe were not dispatched on time, meaning that the carriers were censurable.
Since the Company gave up the carrying trade, much jealousy has arisen among those who took it up in regard to their loading in turn. If the present carriers do not have enough craft to carry the goods as they arrive, or soon afterwards, other responsible carriers might be loaded.
Problem of the consignment of goods at Brimscombe Port.
