Re letter from Mr Whitworth of Stanley, Wilts stating that he sold the late Mr Loveden 5 T&S Canal shares in Sep 1819 and 5 more in October following. Latter 5 shares appear not to have been registered. Consideration stated at £205, nearly double the selling price then. Sale thought to have been conducted by Mr Scott of Bridge Street, Blackfriars, London. Transfer of last 5 shares should be delivered to Mr Lane, Goldsmiths Hall, London, and probate of Mr Loveden’s Will exhibited.
