Certificates of the Transfers eventually discovered re sums paid from Mr Proctor to Mr Tierney. Assumed to allow Mr Tierney to sign the Articles of Agreement between the Proprietors the Mortgages re the half shares were totally annihilated, as shares were transferred to Mr Crocker, ultimately to Mr Crowdy.
