Supply of water level at the Engine found to be six feet higher. River Churn land flooded. Lining at the bottom of many parts of the summit found to be defective . In many places not more than 9 to 12 inches thick. 64 feet long, 12 feet 2 inches wide and 3 feet 10 inches deep in the sides.
